June Employee Spotlight: Shelby Delatte

 

I'm Shelby Delatte, Director, Client Programs with Kepro. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing/Professional Sales. Over the course of my career, I have received project management certifications through PMBOK and SAFe Scaled Agile (POPM, CSM). I currently work from home and am based outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

I joined the Kepro team in October 2021, during the acquisition of eQHealth. Prior to the acquisition, I worked at eQHealth for 2.5 years. I love living in Baton Rouge, LA. There are so many cultural celebrations that are unique to the area. My favorite local experiences are attending the Crawfish Boils & Cajun Heritage Festivals, including the Gumbo Festival, Shrimp and Petroleum Festival, Jambalaya Festival, etc. Anytime I need to relax, my go-to is reality/Junk TV!

I love working with my clients and building great relationships with team members. I work with the internal teams to communicate client needs and help plan priorities on work for deliverable items to the contracts. My typical day includes jumping from client meeting to client meeting and working with them to review outstanding items, delivery of tasks/items and concerns they may have. It is rewarding to know that our work truly helps and makes a difference in people's lives.

Our role helps to deliver clients the processes, software and updates they need to be able to service a member population. We work directly with our client's staff at times to guide them through the system and help to discover more efficient processes for their service delivery.

I enjoy delivering updates to our clients and implementing new software features that help them become more efficient for their member population. Another highlight of my day is getting to onboard new team members and helping them understand the direction we are moving in so we all have the same goals for our clients and line of business.

I have a team that serves as Account Managers for Technology Contracts that work with eQSuite, our software platform. I currently oversee that team and serve as an Account Manager on these contracts. My team works directly with the clients as the main point of contact for their contractual needs. We work with the client to ensure the complete satisfaction of the platform and introduce new opportunities for business growth within our line of business. Throughout the lifecycle of our client contracts, we work on implementing additional features within the platform to serve our client's needs better.
