I'm Christopher Lahiff, and I am the ITS service manager for BFCC and corporate assisting with Tier 2 support. I work from the Tampa office.
I have been with Kepro for almost two years. Prior to working at Kepro, I worked at Capital One, Capital One IT University, Publix IT, Tampa General Hospital, BayCare Health System and Omada and have 25 + years of IT Security / Identity Management experience both in the U.S. and Europe. I am also a U.S. Navy veteran and served on the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson CVN-70.
My job consists of working with my team and assigning resources to work on projects and tickets to support our mission statement: To advance the quality and efficiency of health care through integrated care management solutions tailored to the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Every day is a whirlwind, and I get to assist people from Maine to Hawaii.
The highlight of my day is helping people get their assignments completed. I get to assist people on the front line helping our clients and beneficiaries get resolutions to the problems they may be encountering. Keeping the lights on and the engine running.
Working with our team is my favorite part of working at Kepro. Everyone pulls together to get things done. Vicki Truman and the team make each day easy. Vicki appreciates the team's efforts and makes everyone feel valued. I also love onboarding / new hire training classes, getting to meet the new personnel and getting them setup and logged into our systems.
It is my mission to do all I can to improve the experience of those we work with, so creating Helpful Hints and How To documents brings a smile to my face. One of my favorite documents is the Power Point I created for staff new to Kepro. Our motto as a Team is: You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Outside of work, a fun fact about me is that my favorite movie is It's a Wonderful Life. You never realize how many lives you touch in a positive manner.
